How do we measure outcomes from the consulting sessions we run with you?
- Book your consulting sessions through the coaching portal
2. Agree on outcomes with your lead consultant
3. In each consulting session we update progress against the outcome since the last time we met
4. You can review outcome dashboards and add measures if needed to show progress against the outcome
5. Review chart to show relationships between lower and higher level outcomes
