Welcome to Customer Success Leadership Unlocked! We are a professional community exclusively for leaders in Customer Success.
The Community was founded in early 2024 by Mike Marshall, who for the last 10 years has led EMEA Customer Success at Adobe and now WalkMe an SAP Company. Mike was keen to meet other leaders of CS teams from different companies, who were likely facing similar challenges, but it didn’t seem there were many groups catering for leaders exclusively.
The community therefore started life as a networking group in London to address a gap in the Customer Success industry. It has since developed into a global community with both face to face, online and hybrid events where leaders of Customer Success teams can connect, get inspiration and be enabled.
