What's included in membership?

You get access to our private community forum, monthly group coaching calls, and a library of resources built by customer success leaders. It's a place to ask questions, share wins, and learn from peers facing similar challenges.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. Yearly memberships can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund.

Do I get access to the programme?

Community membership gives you access to our community space. The full 'Customer Success from the Ground Up' programme includes self-paced learning and 1:1 consulting, available as a separate offering.

How often do group sessions meet?

Group sessions happen once a month. They're recorded, so you can catch up if you can't make it live. Topics rotate based on what the community needs most.

Is there a free trial available?
