I therefore founded the Customer Success Leadership Unlocked Community - this started life as a networking group in London to address a gap in the Customer Success industry. It has since developed into a global community with both face to face, online and hybrid events where 100’s of leaders of Customer Success teams can connect, get inspiration and be enabled.
