Walkme was acquired by SAP and I now lead Post Merger Integration for Customer Success globally, building the operating models for how we integrate our CS function into SAP line of business teams.
In 2024 I founded the Customer Success Leadership Unlocked networking community to connect, inspire and enable CS leaders exclusively.
